Job Title: Lead Certified Plumber

We are seeking an experienced and certified Lead Certified Plumber to join our team at LaborMax Staffing. As a Lead Certified Plumber, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, installing and maintaining water filtration systems, and developing and supporting a team of field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions related to water filtration systems.
  • Install and maintain water filtration systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Develop and support a team of field technicians, teaching them efficiency in service techniques and maintenance of specialized treatment equipment.
  • Assist in ensuring work and sales orders are completed and invoices are posted and paid prior to leaving job sites.
  • Work with the manager to resolve unfinished orders and issues with installations in real-time.
  • Participate in and complete training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a certified plumber with a strong background in water filtration systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of field technicians.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
