We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nursing Aide to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a Hospice Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help patients' family members with basic healthcare routines, such as wound care and medication management.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or home health/hospice setting.
  • Ability to recognize patient needs, maintain good relationships, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
