Key Carrier and Coordinator Role

At Marshalls, we're reinventing retail and helping people discover their next great find. As a Key Carrier and Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed
  • Ensure store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan, prioritizing as necessary
  • Address immediate customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates
  • Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
  • Ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities
Requirements:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under challenging circumstances
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
Benefits:

Marshalls offers a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, and more. Eligible Associates may also receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

This position has a starting pay range of $16.35 to $16.85 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
