Job Title: Import Export Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global client to hire an Import/Export Logistics Coordinator for their Portland, OR office. This role will support both import and export of agriculture for B2B customers, as well as accounting and reconciliation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor commodities using SAP and a future/physicals control system
  • Work closely with brokers for daily, weekly, and monthly execution of shipments
  • Enter and monitor purchase agreements and inventory
  • Basic accounting functions such as invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Create transactional and other various reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of international logistics experience (import/export)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience using SAP and/or GSAP is required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word knowledge
  • Experience and knowledge of accounting functions such as invoicing
  • Strong ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Background working in the food or agricultural industry is a plus
