Front Desk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at HYATT Hotels. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, leading a team of front desk staff, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and effectively.
- Handle guest mail and messages according to established procedures.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
- Take reservation requests efficiently and accurately.
- Answer switchboard calls in accordance with proper telephone etiquette standards.
- Block rooms and handle special requests from guests.
- Monitor room availability and offer assistance to the AGM and GM in yield management and restrictions.
- Handle safe deposits from guests according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and presentable lobby and desk area.
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
