Position Summary

Job Title: WOCN / RN, Wound Care
Shift: Full Time, 7:30am-6pm
Location: Emory Wound & Hyperbaric Center

We are in search of a proficient WOC Nurse / RN with substantial expertise in delivering patient care for a specialized demographic. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing strategies for the prevention of pressure ulcers, wound care, and ostomy management
  • Conducting educational sessions for healthcare staff and students
  • Providing clinical support and guidance to medical professionals and nursing personnel
  • Recommending essential resources for effective wound or ostomy care

Qualifications
  • Active Nursing license recognized by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Minimum of two years of recent experience in Registered Nursing
  • Completion of an accredited WOC Nursing Education program
  • Certifications in Wound Care and Ostomy Care are mandatory
  • Preferred experience in Wound and Ostomy care
  • ACLS certification may be necessary
