Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wounds and ostomies.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on wound care and ostomy management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Conduct wound assessments and provide recommendations for wound care interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance wound care outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- 2+ years of experience in wound care and/or ostomy care.
- Completion of an accredited WOC Nursing Education program.
- Certification in Wound Care and Ostomy Care within 12 months.
