Job Overview
This role involves providing care and support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. As a Dedicated Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation.
You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you support, helping them achieve their goals and participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals you support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

As a Dedicated Support Specialist at Sevita, you can expect a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with a 3% company match.
