The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in shaping the hospital's clinical practices and ensuring the highest standards of medical care.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the veterinary team
  • Developing and implementing clinical protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Practice Manager to ensure seamless hospital operations
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development
  • Contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

Requirements include:

  • DVM or VMD degree
  • Current Massachusetts license or ability to obtain
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
