Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Eligibility Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist on-site visitors, determining the nature of their business
  • Review client information for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with computer applications and scheduling client appointments
  • Scan documents into client case files and maintain fax machines and copier functions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Maintain daily activity reports and ensure confidentiality of client information
Requirements
  • Desire to help others and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong customer service background and ability to handle conflict in a calm manner
  • Reliable and dependable in the workplace, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Clean criminal background and ability to maintain confidentiality
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.00
  • Paid time off and benefits package
  • A 37.5 hour work week, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
