  • Verify all personnel have required equipment to perform jobs, minimizing downtime and delays.
  • Procure lab and field supplies, including film, chemicals, and other essential materials.
  • Prepare service calls, ensuring all required information is present and accurate.
  • Manage vehicle speeding alerts, promoting safe driving practices.
  • Supervise lab personnel, verifying work is performed per job requirements.
  • Enforce job quotas, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Order temporary labor as needed, approving timesheets for temporary employees.
  • Maintain lab housekeeping, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage field equipment, tracking who has what and where it is.
  • Optimize personnel utilization, aiming for a minimum of 90% utilization.
  • Collaborate with other offices on labor transfers, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Make decisions on equipment rentals, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of job requirements.
  • Assist the Office Manager in retrieving sales orders, promoting timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Work with the Division Manager to identify and address training needs of employees.
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager to handle client disputes, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Interact with clients regarding status of parts in-house, providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Maintain lab techniques electronically, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
