Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller II to join our team at Luzerne Bank. As a Teller II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing a variety of customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records of money and negotiable instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and cash handling
  • Develop and expand new and existing customer relationships by referring bank products and services
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support branch operations
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Teller
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
