Job Title: Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our Slick Rock Tanning & Spa location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives a personalized and exceptional experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase sales, and improve profitability.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a salon or spa management role.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $44,000 - $52,000 + commission.
  • Benefits: 401k with matching, health insurance, paid time off, free tanning and spa services, employee discounts, professional development, paid training, travel opportunities, and community service opportunities.
  • Schedule: 8.5 hour shifts, requires open availability, Mondays and Tuesdays + 3 other days of the week (variable), rotating weekends, and on-call as necessary.
