Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Health First Medical Group LLC. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiation Oncology department.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiotherapy to patients in a safe and effective manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide accurate and timely radiotherapy, consistent with prescribing physicians' prescriptions and treatment goals.
- Document patient data and treatment plans in accordance with departmental standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Therapy.
- Current Florida State Licensed Radiation Therapist.
- ARRT or registry eligible as a Radiation Therapist.
- Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to maximize quality, value, and service.
- Ability to adapt to a combination of walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to move, lift, or position patients to achieve the required position.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform technical and clinical tasks.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and respond to life-threatening situations.
