About the Role:
As a Senior Veterinarian Leader, you will play a critical role in mentoring and developing veterinary professionals, overseeing hospital operations, tracking and analyzing KPIs, conducting quarterly inspections, and facilitating regional DVM events.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Veterinarian Leader will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop veterinary professionals to drive practice performance and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Hospital Operations: Oversee the smooth flow of appointments and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • KPI Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, visits, and doctor performance.
  • Practice Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Veterinary licenses in the states of the practices being managed.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, making informed decisions to drive practice success.
  • Ability to handle high levels of travel and time away from home, including extensive travel within the region.
