Associate Veterinarian

to join their multi-doctor small animal practice. The clinic offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities to see both traditional small animals and exotics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care : Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments for a wide range of patients, including traditional small animals and exotics.
Surgery and Procedures : Perform surgeries and other medical procedures, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Client Communication : Provide medical advice to pet owners, prescribe medication, and educate clients on preventative care and treatment plans.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure smooth operation and optimal patient care.
Growth and Development : Contribute to the growth of the clinic, develop relationships within the Montgomery community, and encourage support staff development through the

LevelUp clinical training program .
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

Education : DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
Licensing : Active license in good standing to practice in the state of Texas (or the ability to obtain a Texas license).
Experience : At least 1 year of experience as an Associate Veterinarian. However, the clinic welcomes veterinarians of all experience levels.
Collaboration Skills : Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a dedicated team.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
