Position Overview:

The Coffee Specialist is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages in a tidy, organized setting while showcasing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional coffee experience through outstanding customer interaction.
• Adhere to all company beverage recipes and operational procedures.
• Prepare coffee and smoothie drink recipes with precision.
• Effectively operate and maintain espresso machines.
• Keep the coffee preparation area stocked, clean, and organized.
• Assist in food service operations, including cashier duties as required.

To ensure each guest receives their ideal beverage, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a coffee-related role is required.
