Bishop Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit as Unit Manager. This is a full-time position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
- Monitor resident care and treatments, documenting services in resident and department records.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Resolve resident and family concerns through multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Maintain high-quality care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care setting.
- Sub Acute Unit experience in an LTC facility preferred.
- PCC knowledge highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Current New York State RN License.
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
$100,000 salary. Located in Syracuse, NY.
