  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: Possess a High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
