Position Overview

Architectural Designer / Project Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer / Project Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience in the field of architecture. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a collaborative approach to working within a team environment. This role encompasses managing projects from conception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create architectural plans based on client feedback
  • Modify designs to accommodate evolving client needs
  • Work closely with construction teams to apply design changes on-site
  • Participate in project coordination meetings with both internal and external parties
  • Ensure adherence to building regulations and standards
  • Prepare and maintain architectural documentation, including drawings and specifications
  • Confirm that building systems are consistent with design criteria

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and building regulations
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in space planning and layout design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
