Pilates Studio Manager

About the Job
Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Lead Pilates Instructor to join our team at Club Pilates in Wilsonville, Oregon. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Pilates instruction, leading by example, and mentoring fellow instructors to ensure they meet the high standards of Club Pilates.

Responsibilities
- Maintain open availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Participate in monthly Lead Instructor conference calls and provide training to staff on topics covered during these calls
- Assist in managing the studio schedule to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction
- Ensure all social media images reflect proper form and safety standards and align with Club Pilates standards
- Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and recommend updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times
- Track and review other instructors for proficiency and performance
- Provide needed mentorship to instructors to ensure their teaching meets Club Pilates standards
- Teach Pilates classes, including Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private, and semi-private training as scheduled
- Utilize proper and safe use of various equipment during each class, including hand weights, Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experience
- Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements
- 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Pilates
- Ability to use a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Experience teaching 6 or more participants in an apparatus-based group class
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
- Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and TriggerPoint modalities to your teaching repertoire
- Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environment
- Strong problem-solver
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
