Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of financial and customer service tasks during the night audit shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and optimize revenue streams
  • Effectively execute guest check-in and check-out processes, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for guests and colleagues alike
  • Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and systems to provide accurate and informed support to guests and colleagues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work overnights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
