Production Line Associate

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Line Worker within a prominent organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare raw materials for processing.
- Measure, package, and palletize finished products.
- Ensure cleanliness by scrubbing and sanitizing equipment during downtime.
- Inspect both finished goods and incoming raw materials.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and document findings.
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and Food Security protocols.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery through daily inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace both inside and outside production areas.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs with assistance.
- Attendance at all mandatory training sessions.
- Strong physical reflexes and mobility, including bending, squatting, and climbing stairs.
- Proficient in using various machinery and tools.
- Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
