Submersible Pump Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Submersible Pump Mechanic to join our team at OTC Industrial Technologies. As a key member of our Pump & Motor Technology group, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of submersible pumps and motors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tear down and inspect submersible equipment to identify areas for repair and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair or replace faulty parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
