Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care on the Ventilation Unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing resident needs and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Implement nursing interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, EKG Machine, and Specialty Bed Operation.
