About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and follow designated care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories and perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders accurately and document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland is required.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills is essential.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
