Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve program support deficiencies, improving overall system performance
  • Gather and analyze engineering data, providing insights for project improvement
  • Develop and review engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with higher-level engineers and technical teams to achieve project goals
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, staying up-to-date with industry advancements
  • Participate in special projects, applying technical expertise to drive business growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on technical operations and project management
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and methods, including design and testing
  • Familiarity with hardware, software, and equipment, including Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Proficiency in office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as required by the role

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Clearance Requirement: Must maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Quality Management Systems compatible with ISO 9001:2008

  • Effective communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with technical and management personnel at all levels

Compensation

$46.59 per hour. Compensation varies based on location, responsibilities, and experience.
