TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.
Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individualized client needs, and under the direction/delegation of the registered nurse.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
