The Sales Support Representative is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create proposals, quotes, and jobs with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage orders in production, including artwork proofs for client approval
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
  • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for accuracy
