**Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences**
Vail Resorts is seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ski or Snowboard Instructors. As a key member of our Snow Sports School, you will be responsible for delivering world-class instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on creating a safe and fun learning environment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Work with guests of all ages, including children, to deliver personalized instruction and support their learning goals.
- Support the Snow Sports School team in maintaining a high level of service and quality instruction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge as an instructor.
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing or snowboarding on groomed blue terrain.
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00.
