About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Benedictine Nursing Ctr-Mount Angel. As a Providence caregiver, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 2 years Patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Acute Care, Home Health or Public Health nursing.
