Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize principles of behavioral science to effectively tutor and manage student behaviors.
- Implement data-driven practices as directed.
- Conduct Precision Teaching and discrete-trial training.
- Deliver direct instruction using established programs and techniques.
- Perform habit training as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Ensure adherence to individualized behavior management plans.
- Create and sustain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Submit all documentation and data by specified deadlines.
