About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Restoration Project Manager to lead our team in restoring properties affected by water damage. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure efficient restoration and recovery of properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate crews and resources to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure accurate billing and client requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service and responsiveness.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • IICRC certification preferred.
Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
