Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hourly team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
