Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company standards regarding raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
  • Oversee quality assurance programs and documentation, including the resolution of non-compliance issues.
  • Conduct investigations into consumer feedback, emphasizing root cause analysis.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives and Corrective Action processes.
  • Develop and oversee HACCP plans for all production lines.
  • Manage pest control strategies and coordinate audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food production and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and local compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
  • Preferred certifications include SQF Practitioner and Lean/Six Sigma.
