  • Maintain consistent communication with engineering, quality control, and safety teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Review project plans, budgets, and estimates with project managers and superintendents to ensure clarity on quantities, values, and manpower needs.
  • Engage in schedule development and regular reviews, contributing to short-term planning and implementation during subcontractor meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation for material handling and storage at the project's onset.
  • Address construction challenges such as productivity issues and work interfaces as they arise.
  • Foster positive relationships with project owners and promote a spirit of cooperation among all project partners.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Working Conditions: This position requires working in a construction environment with travel obligations. Candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks that include crawling, climbing, lifting over 50 lbs, and enduring various weather conditions.

Reporting Structure: Reports to Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and other senior management.

Expectations: Caddell values accountability and a strong work ethic, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, along with four years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman or assistant superintendent. A four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge: Strong verbal communication and subcontractor coordination skills are essential. Candidates should possess excellent organizational abilities and a thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel is necessary, with the ability to travel nationally.
