Job Title: Area Superintendent

Caddell Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project superintendents and project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of crafts and subcontractors, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with engineering, quality control, and safety teams to ensure that work is compliant with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Review and analyze project plans, budgets, and estimates to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in resolving construction problems and conflicts, and develop solutions to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with owners, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license.
