About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at First Management, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and analyzing budgets, maintaining financial reports, and coordinating annual audits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed accounting records, including general ledger postings and bank statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including daily entries into the database.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to company personnel, answering questions and resolving issues as needed.
- Conduct research and troubleshooting to resolve accounting and documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates and summaries of activity areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience with vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
This role is expected to pay approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
