About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at UMFS. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

The successful candidate will provide clinical social work and supportive services to Treatment Foster Care, Adoption, and Family CARE clients and families. The role involves providing a full range of services including intake, assessment, clinical support, crisis intervention, referral, report writing, family reunification, family recruitment, and discharge planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a field related to social work or a Bachelor's degree with two years direct service experience. You will also need demonstrated ability to apply sound clinical casework and counseling skills to children and families.
