About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for supervising your section and assisting the Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, presentation, and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage your section of the kitchen to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, presentation, and food preparation
