Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing and retention practices in each restaurant, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective talent development.
- Implement company training programs to enhance staff efficiency and friendliness.
- Develop and promote internal talent to fill management positions.
- Manage restaurant managers' performance and assist with performance management of other team members as needed.
- Maximize restaurant profits by optimizing food, labor, and cash management systems.
- Model excellent customer service and monitor customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Grow restaurant sales by collaborating with restaurant management teams to develop operational and community engagement plans.
- Review restaurant P&Ls and assist restaurant management teams in creating improvement plans.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the QSR industry
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Capacity to work 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Self-motivation and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
