Responsibilities:- Lead project teams and ensure projects meet financial and schedule targets.
- Supervise professional staff and provide training and mentorship opportunities.
- Develop project scope, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress to ensure financial success and timely completion.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain detailed records of correspondence and design plans.
- Build and maintain client relationships while enforcing safety standards and adhering to regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a PE License.
- Experience with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design and bridge analysis and design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Expertise, Lpile, SPColumn, or MDX).
- Experience working on Iowa DOT or NDOT bridge projects.
- Working knowledge of MicroStation software.
The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
