Join the team at Zermatt Resort as a Server, where we offer both full-time and part-time opportunities in a stunning resort environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to work in a beautiful setting. While prior experience in a serving role is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Applicants must be at least 19 years old to apply for serving roles and should possess, or be able to acquire, a valid food handler permit and an alcohol server permit if over 21 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests on a personal level, taking orders, crafting cocktails, delivering meals, and fulfilling assigned duties.
  • Adhere to the established sequence of service, guiding guests through their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout service.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and product offerings, as well as general resort information.
  • Assist in cleaning, breaking down, and resetting workstations and dining areas after shifts.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, enthusiasm, humility, respect, and gratitude.
  • Be capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Have the ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
