Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist classes for children of all ages, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our programs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a teaching or instructional role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced classroom environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$25, with opportunities for advancement based on experience and performance.
