As a Part Time Educator, you'll play a vital role in bringing our mission to life. You'll work with a team of amazing educators to deliver our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building that expands school-day learning in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

* Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations
* Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
* Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children
* Excellent communication skills with varied audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel

Ideal Candidates:

* Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
* Works well in a team environment
* At least 6 months of experience working with children under 13 years of age in a group setting (preferred)
* Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
* College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field (preferred)
* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
* Ability to lift 25lbs
* Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
* Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician)
