About the Role
As an ICU Nurse at Chi, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State of Oregon.
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- Minimum of 2400 hours of critical care experience within the last 24 months.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or higher.
