Job Title: Telephonic Case Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telephonic Case Manager to join our team. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will work closely with injured workers, healthcare providers, and employers to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote recovery and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each injured worker.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide education and support to injured workers and their families to promote recovery and return to work.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in workers' compensation or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and case management software.
