Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes
Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary
Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions
Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions and follow-up appointments
Requirements:
Current RN license
BLS certification
Two years of recent ER RN experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills
