Job Overview

At PID LLC, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced and entertaining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and fine wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding and anticipating guests' expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records for cashiering and inventory as designated by management.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of coolers, bar equipment, glassware, decanters, and other service items associated with beverage service and health code requirements.
  • Assist with food orders and delivery, utilizing the pivot method when serving tables.
  • Bus tables, clean up, and complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • One year of bartending experience or a degree from an accredited bartender school preferred.
  • Proven customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, and a good grasp of the English language.
  • Ability to operate a cash register (POS system).
  • Knowledge and ability to mix a variety of cocktails.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods of time and maintain a positive, upbeat demeanor.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain appropriate licensing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
