Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Extrusion Equipment Operator for our PVC manufacturing operations. This role will be under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be meticulous and possess a positive demeanor, responsible for managing machinery involved in pipe fabrication. Emphasis will be placed on safety, product quality, and ongoing enhancement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate extrusion machinery effectively
  • Conduct quality assessments on produced items
  • Package finished products for distribution
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within the plastics sector
  • Familiarity with hand tools and measurement instruments
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
